Office Setting

My office is conveniently located in Green Hills with plenty of client parking available. The suite offers a relaxing waiting area with complimentary tea, coffee and water. 

Rates

  • Please call 615.519.8960 to inquire about current rates.

  • Cancellation notices must be given 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Othersie clients will be charged the full session fee.

    • **Emergencies and special situations could result in a waiving of cancellation charges.

Payment & Insurance

  • Insurance is not accepted; however, I can provide an invoice statement with insurance codes for submission to your insurance provider.

    • Note: Insurance companies require a diagnosis before reimbursing. With that knowledge, some people may choose not to file for coverage in order to prevent a diagnosis being added to their medical records.

INTAKE SESSION

Your first visit will involve going over intake paperwork and answering any additional questions you have about the counseling process. The remainder of the session with be focused on hearing your story and reasons for seeking counseling at this time. Together, we will establish goals for your treatment, and how I can best be there for you during the process.
